"The Community's Artist".
"An Inkster risk taker and strategist who’s making moves to benefit his community. As a local lyricist, emcee, and musician he balances his time to serve as a community change agent.
Musically, Reed has been busy, to say the least. He has been featured in Rolling Out Magazine (rollingout ), performed on Detroit’s Fox 2 News (fox2detroit), placed 3rd in a competition with Source Magazine (thesource360), won a local competition held by Hot 107.5 and sponsored by Heineken, in Detroit (Imported From Detroit), performed at Detroit’s Annual Summer Jamz (Summer Jamz) and recently won an opportunity to perform on the nationally televised show “The Real” (thereal)!
Regardless of his successes as an artist, his community efforts haven’t ceased. He has been a guest on “The Word Network” (thewordnetwork), he made the front cover of “Detroit News” (for the work he does with nonprofit organization “Beyond Basics", and recently he received the “Detroit Neighborhood Award” for all of the work he does in the community.
Reed is more than just a rapper, he's "The Community's Artist".
